you are not part of management you axis of control is when you buy and when you sell  I had a follow up from SH and it was an automatic action they have now retracted as I assume you reported it  If you do not like a company you own shares in sell your position and find a company you like you have no say in what they do or how they do it  and if you thinking saying "sell
