In order to be considered a supplier to Linamar Corporation, each prospective Supplier must complete an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and successfully pass our PSA Audit (Potential Supplier Assessment). Upon completion of our NDA and a successful PSA Audit, a Supplier can be approved to supply product to Linamar Corporation.

Thanks Danno. I am sure many of the other NDA's signed have a similar process in place. It's too bad a few of the complainrrs in this board who constantly badh Sue, have no idea the required process to get a final approval with OEM's. They prefer to bash Sue and criticize the Necessity to sign NDA's.

My only complaint is with the people on this board with their head in the sand. Everything is just wonderful. Most companies try to under promise and over deliver. Whats this the 3rd month in a row we have been told the UL cert is coming but still not here. The PR dept here is my only complaint with the company. The llatest release was nice but just a recap of what we alreay knew.

u30822, As I recall, the Company indicated Q3 for UL certification guidance. Q3 starts July 1 and ends Sept 30th. So I fail to understand why you continue to raise this as an issue.

If you split the quarter in half and call the first 6 weeks "early Q3 2023" I guess we still have Monday and Tuesday before we miss the stated guideline -- but I guess they can always fall back on the UL Certification Lab's scheduling difficulties i.e. it is out of their hands! I am not sure what more you want management to do. If they failed to update the UL Certification you would be all over them. The facts are the UL Certification is beyond their control. They can only communicate what is told to them. You continue to rant on this topic. Just give it a rest. They will report the UL Certification approval immediately upon receiving it. As per production they have stated end of Q3 2023  for over a year      so they are on sched .
