Something to Think On....

For a step change technology that's going to change the EV space and that's not including the Cell Driver and Energy Storage Systems , you would think there would have Greater Bay / Wall Street Small Cap PMs driving into the Exro story by now .
Besides Bruce Campbell from Stonecastle who's called it as one of his Top Picks a year out which is (January 2024 )

Shouldn’t Exro be , at the very least , on Other boutique investment TOP 10 Small Cap Recommendation Lists?

Some small cap PManagers on Bay Street to have completely skipped over the company...

This should be on recommendation lists and across the space ...

CEO Sue has assembled a very great technical team. No Question.

BUT something is missing on the Street .... This missing marketing is either by Design Or Its incompetent execs running the marketing / Institutional /IR departments.

Question IS the CEO Sue taking Sub Standard advice from internal financial hired hands for the capital markets / future funding requirements , I/R an Marketing/ promotional exposure / institutional investors etc etc .

I wonder if the same advice or strategy would be advised by External expert Big Guns in the capital markets ?

Just a thought-provoking post here and would appreciate honest feedback without bringing out personal attacks.

The technology is what it is.  To date there has been quit a bit of information released about it and in the words of our CEO "it has been completely derisive". There's only so much that can be said about all that. However, with the start of production and the start of a revenue stream, sales, margins and profits etc., that gives our executive something completely new to ...more

Thefourth, The technology is what it is.  To date there has been quit a bit of information released about it and in the words of our CEO "it has been completely derisive". Would  you mind posting the reference to the above quote from Sue. I am having difficulties finding any examples of derisive comments save and except the infamous Mariner report....  Thanks in advance

All the thought provoking thoughts here are mostly valid .  I've said this for a while we don't  have a CFO up for the task and we need an influx of personnel in that have experience representing billion dollar companies in the public markets and specifically NASDAQ.  The number of times that the current crew has posted erroneous information and having to retract it is ...more

EXROWER, There is a lot to unpack here.....You can't make statements like this and then call it your Two Cents or your Opinion as though that will make it all better.  A staggering number of retractions? Really? Perhaps you can present a short list of those, their relative importance and the negative impact they've had on the Company's reputation? Certainly many or most must ...more

The board and execs at EXRO seem competent to me. Perhaps EX-ROWer, is panicking cause he's thinking his short position may leave him at a loss.

Moron I've been in way longer in this stock and have way more invested than you  as a shareholder I have every right to at times challenge the management of the company.  I was very vocal about getting a new board and finally they listened and did so. it's now past time for new blood on the public side starting with John

Good on you Exrower . Don't let the bullies intimidate you . It seems that any constructive criticism directed at management is met with immediate antagonism. Not all of us drink the koolaid .

Ddogold...... Invest a little time reading my posts. No kool-aid here.. But I will not abide mindless bashing. Period....Got an opinion? Back it up?  Don't want to be challenged? Find another board. Mindless bashing = bullying. It ends there....

Wowza! A wee bit touchy are we? Management acts on your recommendations as well do they? You were simply  asked to provide back up for your statements and the best you can do is call others a moron. And then you pull the my di$k is bigger than yours routine on time and dollars invested..... You have no idea what I or anyone else has invested here. Nor do you have the right to call people ...more

Wow that's hilarious response and you use to be a level headed poster , zero respect for you now . I'm tired of people who's only come back to anything that doesn't pump the stock is I must be a shorter .  If you go back and read our pm s you'll see I do have some direct connectionss I've met Sue one on one and when I've emailed her she has responded in a very ...more

Exrower,  Give your head a shake. If you have direct access as you claim then  you of all people should know there are better ways of making your point  than calling the people the CEO works with incompetent in a public forum! Your post as drafted served no purpose, delivered no benefit and quite frankly is beneath what I perceived you to be based on the PMs you reference. Now ...more

To implement change it needs to come from all directions , I'm retired I sometimes like  Johnny like to poke the weasel. And believe it or not some of the boards posts off Reddit finds there way  to management . I know like Johnny I've promoted splitting the company In two divisions you went on at length why that wasn't feasible. While I can tell you it's on the top ...more

Please provide John's competency level being the CFO of a soon to be NAS  listed billion dollar company . I ve posted many times on a few boards that Jill had severed her time on the board and the company had out grown her nothing wrong stating that . The same applies for John The big institutional investors aren't impressed and you can take that as fact. My opinion we would all be ...more

Sorry SIMPLICITI1, I shouldhave proofed my post a little better.  Sue has been quoted on many occasions stating "the technology has been derisked" not "derisive".  I believe I have heard her use the word "completely". Words are important! best regards thefourth

My understanding is that institutional investors rarely buy anything that is not currently generating reasonably signfiicant income. EXRO is still building toward that. It sound like we will be there by Q1 next year.
