If you had a position worth say $300k
would you let it fall 50% or deal in reality and have stopped out or at least scaled out much higher seems insane to me that people let these kind of things happen like deer in headlights
hopefully in 2 years it is back around $3 but damn that is silly

Are you aware of a term called unrealized gains? If anyone sold, then there are tax implications, after taxes, the cash will have to be put back to work, timing bottoms, etc. most of us are not traders, I dont want short term capital gains, better to get the average price down and just sit tight and complain here in this board.
