Anyone considering first time purchase should be cautious! There is nothing that is going to happen before the end of the year that should cause you to jump prematurely...........move slowly.
The only ones who should be more eager to make a move are those who already own..........buying or selling should be carefully and slowly contemplated!

I mean at this point  probably  won't  go lower than .70 cents.  The company does have customers  and revenue  yea maybe more share dilution is on the way however  that doesn't mean the stock can't still go back up to a few bucks  or higher in short order  id say it's a great time to buy not too much of a down side from this point
