we can't be absolutely sure, BUT, if you listen carefully to what Munro sais in the CyberTruck After Party stream on Youtube (I provided the link earlier), it sure sounds like he's talking about Exro. The fellow speaking just before him provides some insight as well. Munro says he might get in trouble for what he says, I think that's because he remebers the NDA he must have signed. He

It's been confirmed by DB that he is talking about Exro ,  now release the damn video haha .   The intrigue continues as Exro expected the vid to drop in November perhaps something bigger is happening behind the scenes

I do not recall Exro stating a video would "drop" in November.....but that the recording was to happen November 28th.
