Agreed. Although they may have complete UL testing by 31 Dec 2023, they still need the UL rubber stamp. "Shareholders can expect a comprehensive update early in the new year that speak to both the completion of UL standards and purchase orders specifics."

Now I am lost again-who gives the rubber stamp?

EXRO can perform its own UL 9540 testing under the UL 9540A testing procedure, however UL certification must be issued by UL. EXRO could obtain a Certificate of Compliance with UL 9540A testing, but its is not the same as UL Certification and being able to use the UL 9540 mark. EXRO has already obtained UL 1973 certification for it's BESS. Only a matter of time.

Bull They can easily sell subject to UL approval. Done all the time from everything from homes to jetliners to cyber trucks. No signed contracts is a serious issue, Sorry 33 verbals and the check is in the mail dont cut it. Lets not mention VMC 1200 are not using the coil driver and it appears has no plans to do so.

I guess you didn't hear about the BESS fires. No one will buy now without UL Cert.
