Global OEM
They progressed from design to a prototype with a leading Automotive OEM is HUGE.The're patented Rare Earth free Motor that met stringent performance and efficicency is a big gold nugget that will provide revenue for years to come.Rare earth was a challenge for EV manufacturers in which China was in control of these metals.Exro changed that problem..Now Exro is noticed by all the OEM for the design development that includes induction motor and coil driver. It's a HOLY GRAIL potential for sure and it will be used in millions of vehicles. Our planet needs to get rid of ICE vehicles to survive and make EV vehicles the main goal.Sue also said that they open discussions in the last 3 months with several Major Global OEMS.I know if I was the CEO of a Major OEM i would get my foot in the door with this disruptive and patented technology. All we need now is a big more patience. The've progress since the inception quite well and now have become a manufacturer of a Disruptive Technology. The Cell Driver will probably be certified in the next 2-4 weeks and add tremendous value to the company. There livestream is at the end of the month and I would think they will have more positive news by then.HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY!

If it was Holy Grail, the NDA would provide credit facility or investment to make sure the rest of project to go as smoothly as possible, as early as possible

Getting rid of ICE vehicles is a damn good start to saving our planet.Yes we need to do more to save our planet but getting rid of ICE and using disruptive technology is a damn good start

In reality overpopulation and in turn the need for economic growth is the problem. EV's won't do a damn thing other than make the brainwashed feel a little better. But most of those are the types that won't eat meat for ethical reasons but still love wearing leather shoes.

I would suggest your learn this before posting or speaking It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Not at all. So much hypocrisy and stupidity from the EV crowd it isn't funny. Save the planet? LOL talk about misguided nonsense. I can imagine you are the exact type I was talking about.

Oh gawd you're right! Your answer is so simple, just keep on going the way we've been going! So companies like Cummins & Volkswagen breaking laws should be congratulated and even awarded instead of fined. Praise the oil & cigarette companies too while you're at it. New industries always have obstacles to overcome before acceptance.

Exro will be using Induction motors with there coil driver instead of PM motors.Nedstar do you know the difference between a PM motor and an induction motor?Energy storage ,Fusion, solar Nuclear energy, solid state batteries getting between 600 to 1000 miles will help us transition to the EV industry.Maybe do a bit of research before you make a comment

None of this addresses the questions I put forth. I'm just challenging the miguided notion that EV's will do much to 'save the planet'. In reality if anything the opposite may be true. But either way, there will indeed be more EV's coming and hopefully Exro's technology will play a significant role in their production.

Nedstar71, Perhaps you'd be kind enough to share some of your research? And please only provide links to credible sources, hopefully science-based. And while you are at it, please provide the comparisons for the complete life cycle of the manufacture of ICE vehicles. Look forward to reading that.....

It's quite available, by all means do some research. On a realted note I did have great difficulty sourcing any information, credible or even not credible citing where the resources or electricity required to produce or maintain 1.5 BILLION EV's would come from. If you can point me in that direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

Sitting on car batteries and electo-magnetic radiation ?I can only presume you read that in diesel weekly, the magazine for rolling coal and lung cancer . Batteries are DC and dont create an electrical field,

All nice stuff, but when do they turn them into revenues?

VMC expanding with another outlet in the Toronto area but still no word on then using Exro technology in the VM1200 truck. https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2024/01/17/vicinity-motor-corp-signs-vmc-1200-distribution-agreement-for-peninsula-vmc

In a previous update the company explained where they are in terms of their milestones with the Vicinity program. Regardless, why would you expect an announcement regarding EXRO to come from Vicinity?

Vehicle OEMs don't comment on any of their suppliers' components. They're selling trucks not promoting anyone else. I imagine they emphasize the enhanced performance and efficiency though. And it looks like they are going to do really well, which is good for Exro both in terms of future sales and the SP of VMC shares that Exro bought for $5 million.

You're right! My error. It was Sea Electric.

EXRO could get maybe 10 mil for those shares in SeaElectric and pare down any capital raise that is needed until revenue starts to come in. Less dilution which would be great for us sharehollders

If it's great for the shareholders, to be sure they won't do it....

Here's a thought. Sea Electric wants to go public. In order to Fastrack that procedure perhaps a merger with Exro? Gets Exro on Nasdaq quicker with a much bigger and better evaluation.

That posted before I hit the post button. I meant to add his words: "This is starting with the Vicinity Lightning Electric bus – after that, we can better evaluate integration into other vehicle lines. One thing at a time as they say – too early to provide timing estimates at this point."

This is an overlap but it is what it is .. sell these babies "Per the terms of the agreement, Peninsula VMC Truck Centre will distribute Vicinity VMC 1200 trucks throughout the cities of Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and Niagara.
