After the Dec. letter telling us all the things that were going to happen in Jan.What did we get, nothing. Almost the end of the month and I get then feeling they are just jerking us around waiting for the big dog and pony show at the end of the month. We don't need another session of chatter about what is going to happen. We need names, numbers and the reasons why the targets that they set are never met. It has been a year now with them say the UL certifcation is almost completed, still nothing. I'm hoping they can get their act together and soon before it's too late.

November they were saying everything will happen in December . Jan 29th
