Cell Driver

I'm disappointed that they didn't spin out the Cell Driver.  What does SEA offer that would benefit it?  I got the synergy of the rest of the technologies which should be beneficial for all, but not Cell Driver.  Anyone else?

I came to the same conclusion after the first read, but now feel that this was negotiated for reasons will become known in the relatively short term.

This merger will fast track their path to NASDAQ however we need a  CFO with NAS pedigree
