So perfectly detailed written almost like it was already to go... Do you think the Globe and Mail article released the same day as the announcement could / was pre- written and paid for by Exro in an effort to promote to shareholders?  Exro management ( DB) has hired out and paid writers from the Globe and Mail in previous times. Just sayin
