My turn

After years of intense excitement and anticipation, world wide interest, many presumed partners, NDA's, UL certification(or not), we get this scene. It looks like EXRO/SEA get to share the last lifeboat on the Titanic . Alas I am just a lowly ticket holder and get to go down with the ship. The Captain, however, escaped to her new home, but it won't do much with her glass ceiling in the future. As you can tell, I am angry and disappointed. Anyone else?

Just hope no one was leveraged on this deal.

I'm not sure whether to sell or vote no and watch the company  burn! At this point I might get more satisfaction by watching my money burn in the fires of this toasted garbage company. What stupid freaking deal and the 15 million the say no to the deal on each side is like saying share holders don't have a choice... but  we Do my friend!! We can say mo and watch the titanic burn ...more

No one long is happy, but I'm more pragmatic.  There isn't much new money right now, and more companies are cutting EV costs than spending, so yea, this is a defensive move, but it's a statement on the market sentiment, not the technology.

Sentiment is bad...Agreed!     Its Management also in my opinion has misled us by throwing all those snippets of goodies while laughing and giggling at the same time, but not delivering as to their statements. My broker who has a sizeable position on his books never gets return phone calls from the company.(This was before the merger announcement) And how is your day going Darrel??

I'm still trying to figure what roughly 35% of sea is worth. Could it possibly be worth the 65% of Exro that we just lost? I somehow think not. And the last reverse split I was involved in was also in conjunction with being uplisted on the NY exchange and is worth like .03 on the original dollar invested. I would like to think this is a good move, but it will be a long crawl back up me thinks! ...more

Your last reverse split sounds like either BCT or SYTA. I was in both and certainly did not fair well. I hate an RS as I have been in at least 8 or 10 over the past 4 years and none of them were successful up to this date.

I'll just be a bit of a contrarian and fully expect to get bashed to oblivion by the majority here but here goes... As I've been invested here for many years (first purchase was at 28 cents) and therefore can attest to the incredible strides the company has made. Pre-merger, what we know or think we know - 3 offices and North America - operational manufacturing facility in Calgary - 50 ...more

Johnny, The depth of your ignorance shows no bounds.  You have no idea how a C-Suite works, where responsibilities lie and how decisions are made. If you did you wouldn't be posting this "insightful drivel" Yet you try again and again to convince viewers of this board that you are knowledgeable in the area. Your previous post discussing the RS, risk etc is a prime example. It ...more

Greenstock's post has a more balanced perspective than most I agree with much of it except for the notion that Sue is not the right CEO. She brought her considerable experience, experience, vision, and management drive to Exro, and I think those things will continue to be needed going forward. It's time to lighten up and continue to be patient. Time is on the side of Exro and its ...more

Fleetwood, I am not advocating at all for her dismissal and, notwithstanding some serious errors during the past year (and a huge one if they RS), believe she has done a tremendous job building up the company. It's simply a guess that she will move on voluntarily simply based on the pressures of leading a big public company. Her look and demeanor seems different of late.
