Future of cell driver and ESS?

ESS and cell drivers were not included in the revenue projections, meaning no sales possible in 2024 or exro will sell them for cash? 60 mln perhaps?

Not to mention no coil driver either. Listen to Sue speak where she says extensive testing for coil drivers in Sea products for Mack.

Is exro holding good news to make share holder to vote yes to the merger? And then reverse split, release good news and uplist to Nasdaq?
