Quote from Maximus.....Reverse Split and Retail Investors

.....Quintus: People should know when they are conqured,
.....Maximus: Would You, Quintus ????

....Yes thefourth...I agree 100% that their is nothing we as retail shareholders can do now, and it's All a done deal, good or bad.....Mo..

....my problem is that Sue always told us shareholders came First, yet has now decided Not to included us in anything but a vague off the shoulder postings that a fairness report was done, lol..Can We See It ????

......I will hold out and pray that the RS will be below 1/5....if not then she really was after the chedder and Never did have any interest in retail...and shareholders should Not be happy with anything above 1/5...... But I see 1/7 or 1/10.....that gives them room to repeat for the next 5 years.....moo ???

Like I said before, a consolidation of the number of shares after this dilution event doesn't really change too much other than numbers.  Perhaps I'm too focussed on EXRO's tech and I am discounting the value SEA brings to the merger. How this story is unfolding is simply disappointing to me because it's not happening the way I thought it would.  Anyway, maybe we should ...more

"consolidation of the number of shares after this dilution event doesn't really change too much other than numbers" Wait, What? it changes a lot. Every share is diluted by 2/3 it changes the entire evaluation of the company.

We don't have a clue of valuation, but yes, we only own 1/3 the Exro that we did, but we now own 1/3 of Sea.. so that presumes that the 2/3 Exro we traded away is worth the same as the 1/3 ownership in Sea we receive. We have not been given, as shareholders, the numbers backing this exchange. We have only been told that the synergies resulting from the merger will benefit shareholder...but ...more

You own 1/3 of both Sea and Exro now. Exro is not profitable and Sea has not been profitable for over a decade now. So I guess this merger will all the sudden have Sea making 200mil. LOL if you believe the hype  Reality is you now own 1/3 of two companies pre revenue burning cash, when you owned the whole of Exro burning cash before.

the financial history doesn't justify exro or SEA's valuation in this deal. Their revenue estimates for 2024 are how we valued the company. The same was done for exro. We only had 5-10 million in revenue for 2023, by those standards SEA should have valued us much less than 200 million. Exro was valued at 4-5x our revenue estimates for 2024 and SEA was valued 2x their revenue ...more

First off the deal between Meritor and Sea is dead.( They were bought out and went in a different direction) I imagine Meritor is one of the shareholders that will be cashing out after 6 month lockup. I don't, and you shouldn't count on their estimates. It's not like a existing company working off of existing sales and market outlook. These numbers are wildly misleading. Simply put ...more
