Sue has until Wednesday
If she doesn't file a report by Wednesday at the latest,
she didn't buy any.

LOL, don't hold your breath. She has around 3mil shares as it is, due to performance grants and a few 2-3 thousand buys over the past few years. At least if she leaves she can sell them. Nice golden parachute for a few years work.

Grow up! Do you really think the company would lie about her participation in a press release? What is your problem? What is your game?

The company INTIMATED in the press release that Sue "participated" in the financing. Insiders must report within 5 calendar days of a transaction. The announcement that the Offering closed was on Friday. What exactly is your problem....Simpleton?

I for one would love to know if she bought, $2000 -$3000 worth like she has in the past would make me laugh. But if she bought $100 000 and up that would make me re-look at this.

She makes over 600K a year in salary alone. plus she has millions in free shares Anything less than 200K is spitting on the shareholders. I expect a tiny percent of that Feel the rain. ? guess what , its not rain

"Do you really think the company would lie about her participation in a press release?" Grow up?...Where's her insider trade report? Nothing has been reported on Sedi. It should have been reported BY LAST WEDNESDAY.

Now that would be very misleading to shareholders if that were the case...hmmm

OK Mr. Genius! Why is a SEDi report needed for a rights subscription that is contingent upon the shareholder approval? Get a grip?
