Watch the merger announcement again, sue said that she was frustrating a few times, there was management change in the battery management team, she did mention finishing it in Q1 vaguely, surely give up providing any time line, said will announce when finished. 

All we have to do is wait, every company has its good or bad years.

There are some good movement on workhorse shares, related to w56? Coil driver might be related through linamar, but it can't be confirmed
