1/2 Billlion shares from the RTO exro gave away ownership of the company to SEA amazingly after they failed to get UL certification  Sue tried and seems to have came up empty, her purse DB was given CFO position as his golden parachute  You do not give away control in a merge that is not a merge  sorry guys
