That sounds a bit overly cynical to me. One could hardly fault this company for not trying to keep the shareholders informed. If targeting $200 million in 2024 is "kicking the can down the road ", then it's a short road. More like a driveway.

Go back and read updates from the past, they are all the same. Hit the news list on this very site and start reading. It's crazy the things that have been delayed of projects that had nothing happen with them. So yeah, kick the can down the road.
