the play has a higher probability of going banko than success at this point 
grasping at straws, useless NDAs feels more like Peter and the wolf than a business ............. but it is possible they succeed

Only way they keep the doors open, and buy them time for the EV story to turn is to bleed the shareholder. PPL don't understand that.  Who ever is voted president will also have a great effect on EV's.
