The CFO departure is likely due to the fact that the combined organization doesn't need 2 CFOs. Lighten up....

My 2 cents... The position CFO was full time located in Mesa Arizona.  JM lives in Vancouver BC and probably wanted to be near his family.  Probably nothing more than that. Who really knows but insiders.

...no one really knows, and who really cares.....just glad he is gone, and now anxious for sue and boogie to leave next... mo .....db as CFO is only until merger settles, then he is gone....sue gets 1 mill in stock to leave and we move forward...moo ....people need to stop blaming the slow down in ev's....exsnore was trying to sell it  years ago when market was hot and no one want it... ...more

Your reply makes no sense as the new CFO is skinny jeans not the SEA CFO and the EXRO CFO left well before they started this train wreck
