When Exro hit $3.06 in February 2023, there were 147 million shares outstanding.

In the scheme of things, the market cap isn't a whole lot more today than it was then,  but to my mind, the company's geographical market is much bigger.

 Of course in Feb 23   the UL was just months away  and production was to begin in Sept 2023  and they were going to produce and sell before YEAR END    100  coil drivers to SEA ,OUT OF 1500   ( SEA also claim in Jan 2023 they signed a 8500 unit deal with Mevco and first shipment Apr 2023  ..1 year late NONE 975  to VMC out of 2500

The UL certification isn't entirely under the company's control.  Not by a longshot. When it comes, it will be a very material development: IS UL CERTIFICATION REQUIRED? UL certification is a thorough process that can be lengthy and costly. Each product must undergo individual testing to ensure its durability and safety and whether it meets the intended design

The difference between then and today is management's credibility.  Back then many were giving them the benefit of the doubt.  Today very few are, and with good reason imo.
