Mid Q2 this week
If UL certification not being announced this week, it will be Q4
If no mention of sea drive delivery, will not be good this year, rumors said earnings on Wednesday

Is your comment on UL certification your opinion or did you receive communication directly from Exro? Please elaborate. I would not think UL provides approval dates based on corporate quarters earning periods. There is no doubt this is long overdue.

Directly from exro?! they did not reply my email, when there's no official news, IMO took over, if there's nothing wrong on exro side, why the head of ess got fired

But where did you obtain the date of 4th quarter for ESS approval? Is that just a date you feel they will receive UL approval?

Yes, if not approved by the end of this week, I will assume they don't trust the results done by exro, and will redo it again, or there's something to be modified, that will take another few months, IMO, don't underestimate the ability of exro to screw up ...

Did you actually feel they would answer your email with a definitive date for UL Certification? That is considered material news and would needvto be released to the markets, thats the reason they did not give you a date.
