Company could release letters to bag Holder, revenue forecast, unaudited results, fact is they have none, nothing positive, looked at Mack delivery and order intake of Q1, not meeting the target is the main theme

Look it, we know the numbers won't be good, Lets hope they have a few positive things to say about the future revenues and maybe the UL update would be nice.

TT....For someone "in the business", you demonstrate  a serious lack of knowledge. The Financials are due tomorrow, May 15th, 45 days post the end of the quarter. Feel free to whine on May 16th if they are not out by then.

Haha. Nice try . I'm well aware that tomorrow is the deadline for reporting the quarterly numbers. I've referenced that here  Far and away most companies announce when they're going to announce quarterlies beforehand, in case you've never noticed. Exro hasn't.

Management may be feeling like grade schooler who's afraid to bring their failing report card home to show their parents.  Exro earnings matter very little as everyone should already expect nothing.  But the company should come clean on some other ugly issues relating to the reasonable expectation by most for some updated "non fictional" 2024 revenue guidance including SEA,

If they're really ashamed of the numbers presumably they will just push them out on Sedar between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. If they feel reasonably unconcerned they will possibly do a news release before the market opens.

I didn't see anyone in the management would be ashamed of anything, they're professional, will do anything to keep their jobs, and fight for their compensation, if sp went up unfortunately, that is side effects

Exro has never  announced a date beforehand stating when they are going to release results, they just release them.  This is often the case with companies have little to no revenue or earnings to report.  No point in creating undue anticipation of a nothing burger.

Well Now! You know what?...you're absolutely right! I'll readily admit I've never  noticed that they've don't pre-announce their earnings release date. I'm very very surprised I've never picked up on that before.  Unlike some others here I have no qualms at all admitting my mistakes.  I'm also a staunch believer in giving credit where it's due
