You will never know what the preferred shares holders want, some prefer restructuring, own the company while getting rid of existing common share holders by bankrupting it

they need to raise money not eliminate their only source of income placements

The $30 mln raised before merger was intended to pay debentures or something else, later they said it's no longer needed after reviewing the contract, so the money should last a few months, until good news or finance with major bank, if none of the above happened soon, we will head and shoulders with heat.cn

Dude sell this and realize your losses. holding it will bring even more pain. Buy real companies that make real money. So many beaten down sectors to pick from.  American regional banks, anything to do with power generation or that build out, Argentina , India just look around
