Filed and commenced on May 2023, has validity of 25 months, exro only used very small portion of it

If the no diluted finance is not available now, there's always a possibility of using it on good news like Q2, I don't see any better news any time soon

Given the VMC finance Woo, retail money is the safest without backfire
