Sue apparently knew something we don't

By not excersing her 25 cents options, she knew she could buy cheaper or get cheaper options. What is it? OEM s get off ?

The revenue estimate from analysts is getting lower every few weeks, Q3 estimate is now below $20 mln, could be lower. But definitely over $6mln, as they delivered 40 trucks already in the early July
