Nidec will be in sea drive
Coil driver could be in nidec eaxle in the future

The big winner was and always has been Sea shareholders.  You got 90% of your equity wiped out as the market correctly wrote off all that goodwill before Exro did and 100 mill in debt Exro can't pay back at 12% interest (more dilution) and Sea shareholders are running as fast as they can to unload shares of a worthless company that they were locked into without the ability to sell...
