Don't forget that the COB oversaw the complete and total annihilation of 90 billion dollars of shareholder value in the space of 2 years...  That company had resources investors with deep pockets anything and everything they needed to succeed but good old Rod ran that puppy straight into the ground...  Not sure I'm surprised he oversaw the same outcome with Exro...
