I am surprised that the proposed class action doesn't include any of the misrepresentations related to Coil Driver. Every raise in the history of the company should be in the lawsuit, not just the last two.

This class only relates to the  ridiculous purchase of SEA   which is a no brainer as they wrote off the some ( soon to be all)  of the purchase and the revenue  is not even close and no excuse of unforseeable circumstances.        There is no point making hundreds of claims when you have one bulletproof . I see these clips, although I have never watched them it reminds me of the long list of partners to disappear.  I get it if you bought at $6 in 2021 now your stuck...  But for the believers now.....  How on earth given the results repeated time and time again, how do you come to the conclusion that this is a good place to stash your money???
