If the AFFO is close to normal they wouldn't be cutting the

dividend. They know something we don't and they see it coming. The excuses that they rather use the cash on new projects to increase ROI is just that. If that was the case then why ever have a  dividend.

I'm not entirely sure I agree with the part about them knowing something investors dont as the NR pretty much spelled out their concerns but I will also be the first to admit I dont know alot about the company just trying to learn before open but I can say one thing I'm not crazy about when they talk about "new" projects, there is nothing "new" that can even be ...more
