Here's what I'M THINKING----
I don't think we are far off a maybe-3 for 1 reverse split-----and a listing on the nasdqx---that could become some times before the end of the year---but not before the price hits about a dollar+---3-1 will bring the shares out-- to about-200.000.000 million--we need about a 2.00-3.00 stock price to be eligible--maybe a 4-1---2-1-----unless we get a JV--or takeover before--the end of year--JMO.

You do realize the talk and/or thought of a reverse split happening during this rally in U stocks may be part of what is holding back FCU. Throw in some negativity during a momentum trade - brilliant, LOL. JMO

You do know a reverse split is a NEGATIVE not a positive? It is an admission of failure and would only serve to maintain the "lifestyle" aspect of this company for management as dilution through further equity raises would soon follow. JMO

Me thinks you are full of sh!t again. Reverse splits are positive. Have a look at what Precision Drilling (PD), did when they reverse split. If FCU gets a US listing, it gives them a whole lot more visibility in the U sector.

sure they are Gizard, LOL. Strong companies DO NOT do reverse splits. Take some advice "Better to sit in silence and be thought a fool than to speak and remove ALL doubt". JMO

Sorry Giz Reverse splits do not benefit the shareholders. One in a hundred are positive, so it's not a complete admonishment. Nasdaq would be just as easily achieved with our outstanding shares if we were at FAIR market value. FCU is wayyyyyy under valued.

Why do we need a reverse split. If management supported their own product, then we would be sitting at $4/5 and wouldn't be discussing a reverse split. FCU is wayyyyyyy under valued.

And if an inept management hadn't blown through the 80 some million from CGN on a farcical open pit and god only knows what else a reverse split wouldn't even be on the table.
