I am not bashing Fission. I totally agree a move to a major exchange will be beneficial. All I am pointing out, is there is no need for a share rollback.

A move to Nasdaq can be achieved by Management supporting a rising SP. A move up to $4/5 with the existing float is totally achievable, as proven by Nexgens run up.

A reverse split does " not " benefit shareholders. Don't be a Fox News Trumper and only read what suggests it " might " work.
Read the whole statement as written by Wall Street.

I totally agree.  I am not against a US listing but am AGAINST a reverse split.  Why?  Because it will serve as an opportunity for FCU management to "print" more money to support their "lifestyle".  The perception is raising money with a lower float is less impactful/dilutive - it's not!  Nothing but SMOKE & MIRRORS.  If managed correctly ...more

Perhaps it's a little like this - a lot of people have this idea that moving from one place to another place to live will change their life for the good but more often than not it makes no difference because their problems and attitude follows them.

@ settoretire - The size of a float doesn't change a company's fundamtentals.  FCU's current market price is .51 and it has 578M shares outstanding which values the company at $303M  So if there was 10 to 1 reverse split made the share price would be 5.10 and the float would be 57.8M shares.  The market cap of the company would still be the same at $303M.   ...more

Greenday, why the focus on figuring out a way to move a share price via something that is not directly related to the development of the project? Is there a problem with the project?
Comment by Greenday on Feb 09, 2021 2:17pm
@ GovernanceQP - Hey Turner - Why does NXE have a listing in the States?  Does it have a problem with its project?
Comment by GovernanceQP on Feb 09, 2021 2:29pm
The question is does FCU have a problem with the project? Project problems don't simply disappear just because of an alternative listing.

Why now the focus on a U.S. listing when FCU has previously talked up CGN as a strategic FCU shareholder? Have things not quite worked out for FCU with respect to CGN?

Greenday, the question is, did NXE need to do a reverse split for their US listing?  Why is that Greenday?

I'm saying GET the Nasdaq or Amex listing now! With a 6:1 rollback both listings are available. I believe one iis a $3 min. and the other is $2. The U.S. is big on green energy and nuclear is back in vogue. NOW is the time. A rollback changes nothing except the SP. Same cap. Same everything. It's time.

Could Sarbanes-Oxley be some sort of sticking point for FCU? There are these allegations that can't be ignored and Dev talked about Sarbanes in one of his interviews. How good is your research people?
Comment by Greenday on Feb 09, 2021 4:11pm
@ GovernanceQP - Hey Turner.  You are hilarious.  Sarbanes-Oxley?  That goes back to legislation enacted during the Obama administration and the financial crisis of 2008 and has absolutely nothing to do with FCU whatsoever.  Grasping at straws or what!  LOL.  Might have something to do with you and Crystallex and Hallgarten though.          ...more

Dev Randhawa made reference to Sarbanes when he was explaining in an interview why some of the still current FCU board members were reluctant to list FCU in the U.S. back in the day. Have you thought about this aspect of FCU? It's possibly a very very vey significant consideration on a number of levels.

Talking about the FCU Board of Directors - still no women - not a great look in this day and age.

LOL. You really are pathetic.

I think some people are now starting to realise they don't know as much as they think they do - more to come if I decide to post that is.

Here is a little tease and just one thing to think about (and there is more) - a rising share price can cause issues for a company in the position that FCU is in - I wonder if the FCU Board and Management have given this any consideration?
Comment by LinkLeisure on Feb 09, 2021 10:58pm
thenorthvanman = Vancouverite?  Never seen you post here before. Central Lonsdale area myself. Sincere hope this is the turning point for this under-valued U play! Sounds like you met the resident bashers that have been here for about a decade or more - put them on ignore - they have an agenda or hatchet to bury. Good luck

It's perfectly reasonable for me to take an interest in FCU as a NXE shareholder. FCU looks to be failing and I am assessing what possible opportunities may exist for a company like a NXE. Trying to figure out what is going on is critical for me with respect to how I manage my NXE investment however modest my NXE shareholding is. Talking about bashers it's disappointing that there is an ...more

I have posted enough today for you to go and do your own investigations based on hopefully you now having some good questions that I think should be asked of FCU. Read all my posts from today if you have not as it should help you understand what has been discussed.
Comment by GovernanceQP on Feb 09, 2021 8:28pm
And one more thing - don't blame me for anything because if a company rep is going to talk into a microphone while being interviewed then I am going to listen to absolutely every single word he/she says.
Comment by Uraniuman308 on Feb 09, 2021 4:18pm
LMAO, sure, let's freeze FCU in it's tracks during this momentum while we complete the US listing.  The paper work should be completed just in time for the sell off.  Brilliant!  You should be on FCU's management team.  JMO
