Moving forward on development?  6 years to a production decision and probably 6-8 years for development if the decision is positive.  I would hardly call that moving forward.  Maybe "limping forward".  I also noticed on their latest presentation the ownership percentage for CGN is lower than their original subscription.  I wonder why?  JMO

Oh my you're right CGN has gone from 19.99% down 16.7%. This raises a number of questions. Can FCU still refer to CGN as a strategic shareholder?
