@Mookster3  -   FCU's market cap also consists of $44M in cash and $90M in GIC's.  Strip out the cash and GIC's and the MCap/lb U is even less than $4.80 lb.  Same ...more

If it is no fault of FCU, but an outside entity which in this case is the Feds, there is no break fee payable to PDN unless written in the contract.
