Spot Market Defined

John Quakes us now describing the sub $30 spot market as not a market but as a ghost town which should be concerning for FCU shareholders.

It also raises the question how could John Quakes now justify claiming FCU is his favorite uranium stock based on the offtake that FCU is locked into.

Quakes is a joke. The spot price is important because it is VISIBLE. It shows the true sentiment out there. Long term contract prices and terms are INVISIBLE. No one knows the actual transaction. So guess which one attracts public and investor attention? And which one moves stocks? The spot price drags stocks down when it sinks ..... as it is doing now. @ Dreaminthedream - Tell everybody the volume traded at the current published spot price since you claim that the spot market is VISIBLE.

Where are the positives Greenday? If a low ask price is not even getting hit this is even worse. I can see this eventually happening to the FCU share price.

@ GovernanceQP - Hey Turner.  Dreaminthedream posted that the spot price is VISIBLE.  So if it's that VISIBLE, how much uranium was traded at the the current spot price?  There's really no point in me even posing the question to you because you don't know either.  All we do know for sure is that Dreaminthedream is full of it.

I remember a panel discussion with someone from FCU voting that the spot would be 100/lb or more this year, LMFAO.  It's thinking like this that has gotten shareholders in a precarious situation with an off take at a discount to the spot price.  JMO

Dev and Amir were saying that spot would be $100 or more by now LOL I think Dev was desperate for the spot to go up because of the FCU offtake and I think Amir was and still is desperate because his uranium properties are sort of pathetic. Amir was also pushing this idea of a separate and higher price for U.S produced uranium based on sovereign risk considerations - possibly Amir hasn't ...more
