Trying to create an artificial shortage

Have you noticed how many institutions have raised funds or are raising funds so that they can buy physical uranium and hold it? There must be about 6 of them now playing this game.
The plan is to remove uranium from the market and create a shortage, an artificial shortage.

The whole business smells and reminds me of commodity tricks from the past.

The whole scheme suggests that there is a lot more uranium available in the spot market than most people realize.

I see bunch of miners buying as they make it to news online, but who are the sellers? Curious who has the inventory of production stream to sell?

@ zum2020 - There are only a few real sellers of uranium.  Most of the tranactions have been churn.  The same material going round and round between traders with end users (utilities) making occasional purchases to supplement their long term inventory positions.  With few end use buyers, the uranium traders have been able to "ask"  down the  price of uranium ...more
