In whose lifetime?  Anyone can throw out these numbers but put your reputation behind it and give a firm timeline.  In pool it's called a "call shot".  Why hasn't FCU or any junior been taken out by a major if anyone truly believes this is imminent or even a possibility?  Why no major insider buying? Even if uranium does go to 200, I suspect FCU will still be
