Good find TT.  This is what the Tweet was.  Seems that the Russians are going back to their old playbook of needing to invade a neighbouring country to protect the Russians there. What probably ticks off Russians the most is how close Kazakhstan now is to the heart of Russia - its western border is only 100 km from Volgograd and Saratov on the Volga river

@ bigkagan - Russia could very well have designs on Kazakhstan.  Baikonur is where the Russian's spaceport is located.  The spaceport was established there in 1955 and the site is where all Russian manned  spaceflights are launched from.  Like uranium, it's strategic to the Russians.

And their government will welcome Russia.   Unlike Ukraine.    Western nations should ban their uranium as well.
