Listen at 10 minutes.  RR nailed it!  Shareholder interests often not in line with managements desire to hang on to their "golden goose" (my words).  Something that is SO obvious and will never happen...sad that shareholders put up with supporting these management lifestyle companies.

@ Uranium308 - Won't be a FCU/NXE merger before FCU completes its FS imo.  Its not in FCU's best interest to merge before its FS is completed in December.  Unless of course NXE is raising the $500M mixed shelf offering to make an offer to FCU.

The best interest of Ross or shareholders.  I hope NXE does go hostile for FCU but rumour is they have their eyes on an Australian play.  JMO

They are targeting Boss Energy in Australia...... A big Target about to produce ...great value.

@ woolco - Boss imay be good takeover candidate for somebody but FCU and NXE are next door to each other so the synergies are obvious.  Further the Saskatchewan government prefers only one mill at the site so its unlikely it would give an exclusive license to any one company to operate a mill. It's not in FCU's or NXE's or the Province's best interest to have two mills at the ...more
