share consolidtion.

I voted against.  Look at total compensation over the past 3 years. Ross has been grossly overpaid while the share price has fizzled.  This company has been mismanaged.  The reverse split will be followed by equity raises - they need money for development, and lots of it!  Long term shareholders are about to get fleeced.  JMO

reverse split always sign of poor management and impending doom for shareholders, they re being mined to pay management

@ nplainsdrifter - FCU is consolidating so that it can apply for a listing in the States.  Your assertion that reverse splits are always a sign of poor management is hogwash.  BBD for example has doubled in price since it consolidated in June 2022.

Greenway, your right, nothing spells success like a reverse split, LMAO!  You do know they hardly ever work out for existing shareholders?  JMO

1 in 100 work. Shareholder value is eroded BIG

@ Karen308 - Depends on the reason for a consolidation.  The absolute value of FCU doesn't change so what do you see as a problem?
