So I think with a $ 1.90 price target the way this could be playing out is,offer x amount of shares ( $1.30 ) have it rejected. Then offer the $ 1.90 and make us think we got a win JMO

Hopefully this turns into a fishing expedition with multiple offers to pump up the price. As it stands with this offer now the future of U exploration is precarious. For years the argument has been for either Triple R or NXE's Arrow as the best deposits on the planet. If this is what a miner can pay for such an outstanding deposit what does it mean to all of those other lower grade deposits

So why is management trying to throw us under the bus? What are they getting for themselves out of this deal that we don't know about? They are to do the best for share holders but are not!!!
