Some simple math with .....

Todays values of......FCU   $1.30 x 1000 shares  =  $1,300.00  Canadian.......PALADIN 1000  shares  x  .1076   =   107.6   Shares  x   $9.50  =   $1,022.20 Australian  now convert that to Canadian dollars  and we are in a losing  situation....  correct me if I'm wrong   What is the   DOD  thinking   Tell me how we may vote...

If thee deal goes through then Paladin will trade on the TSX so in Canadian dollars.  Don't bother converting currencies as you won't know what share price it will list at on TSX.  All you need to look at is %.

Well said; simply, easily and plainly indidated. The valuation % of the buying stock will influence the valuation of the stock being bought. shares to trade on TSX so, exchange rates don't matter. In this case, IMO, the buyer is offering a low % and what surprises me? It was accepted. I don't think another offer will show up. Big capex expected ... I also think PDN will not develop it soon ...more
