Putin Flexing His Uranium Muscles

The West needs to get its act together.  It's not a coincidence that Kazakhstan is reporting that uranium shipments to the West through ports other than St. Petersburgh are economically unviable.  Putin reportedly was on Russian state TV telegraphing his desire to cut Russian uranium exports to the West.  Good possibility that its not only Russian uranium that will be restricted from being exported to the West but Kazakhstani uranium as well and that creates a problem for utilites with a waiver to buy Russian uranium and those that that buy directly from Kazakhstan.
