What a joke. Does whoever judging these companies know that Frontera is controlled by one of the most unethical companies in the Americas? And that they have drained subsidiary CGX totally dry? And I would not be surprised to see FEC gain more of CGX's share of the concession since CGX is beyond broke.and badly needs money.

Why do these guys even need public equity markets for equity financing or banks for debt financing? According to the BIS (Bank for International Settlements) where all central banks settle their accounts it said that so-called NBFI (non-bank financial institutions) are quickly replacing traditional banks and public equity markets as sources of financing. Why they need the public markets ....I will give you an example .....Gran Tierra energy ...been around for at least 20 years ....does a financing about 5 years ago out of New York    Sold issued treasury shares @ $3.....   the underwriters.   Can,t recall which banks ,....but you can be sure the banks unloaded the shares on the public ....that was before the 10 for one ...more

This realease ...was from March 4 th ...it's not current ...and by the epway who cares ...the market cares about money not this  craaap ...sure can control the shares though ...$$$ ....
