Hey Frank!

Cartagena again. Need that gas pipeline finished from Venezuela. You're fluent in Spanish. Those who aren't can use the various translate features. They talk about Parex as well. Cartagena as a natural gas hub? Geez man, I wish that I understood facilities better.
