What happens if I don't respond to the tender offer. I presume I just keep the shares correct?

Yes ..you r not required to sell ....I fact I am buying more as I see this as ploy to get the pubic out of their shares legally ...they have been wash trading fo tat least 8 months now and un able to get many shares ...do not listen to me listen to your gut and ask yourself ...just what is going on here .?
