This strange deal was Not there to appease minority  shareholders but to take money out of Fronterra deliver directly to C.C.   ...They need cash.Can you imagine C.C trying to sell shares on the open market ...what would happen to the share price...Paying out a large dividend I suspect  would also affect the share price....

just what makes you think catalyst needs money ? Have you got some inside information to share .? Again my call is .they greatly benefit from the ncib by doing nothing exept hopefully buying back your shares for $12 the break up value of frontera Colombia assets is $29 U S$ if and when and I,m prettys sure its in the cards .soon enough after the ncib is done the corentyene developement plan will ...more
