It's my call ..these guys are part of my conspiracy theory ...the same note was put out way back about how is it possible a tiny little company is play in this sand box ....from what I can figure ..lots of big time oil companies would and are probably allready making a deal ....the Dec 11 presentation layer out the developement proposal .....looking at the total cost by using a platform.
