If it can..

If FEL can take out the 4.50 resistance then it will be a nice quick ride to 5 bucks. If it cant break the 4.50 then another drop below 4 will be in the cards. Nice run today but will the momentum continue..a very tough call.

Stock has lost momentum..meaning that the 4.50 resistance will not be broken and that SP will fall below 4 dollars soon. Below 4 would respresent a decent trade.
