Can anyone tell me why I should buy FEL?

It looks like it's been a real dog, but at $2.50 it appears interesting technically. How about fundamentally, though?

Is the debt the problem here or shorters?? I would like to buy a bunch of shares but feel maybe we will see $2.25 before we level out. Anybody tell me I should buy now?

i dont think you'll get 2.25. should move it up nicely.  nice premiums!!!
